HemsWX: A Weather App for Aviation Professionals
HemsWX is a weather camera system developed and funded by Stiftelsen Norsk Luftambulanse in collaboration with Norsk Luftambulanse AS. The app provides aviation professionals access to their own weather cameras, webcams, weather forecasts from met.no, and local pressure-temperature measurements to plan their operations. The app can be used by helicopter operators, the military, emergency services, and the Meteorological Institute. However, employees of these organizations must contact their own management for login information.
It is worth mentioning that the app is currently not available for public use, and the developers plan to release a public version in the future. It is important to note that the app should be used at the user's own risk and after making an agreement with the developer.
